A true gem in Dawson Creek. The rooms are very inviting and well maintained. The owner is friendly and helpful at any time. Every suit comes with its own modem, so internet speed is awesome. Mattress is nice and firm. The prices are also very reasonable. Don't let the rough outside of the motel fool you. It's a great place to stay.

*From what I understand this place is under new management since a lot of the reviews I have read. A wonderful man and his wife are in the process of updating all of the rooms.* Was pleasantly surprised to find updated newly renovated little apartments. Very clean and the owners are very friendly people. The room had everything we needed and we appreciated the separate bedroom. Hot plate for cooking, microwave, cute little fridge/freezer with lots of fridge space. We relaxed in the living room on the futon and watched TV. Very cozy. :) Wi-Fi included also :)
Great friendly hosts. And clean well kept rooms.
Fair place for just a night. Womens restroom is very scary! Located by the highway, and have workers singing during the night, they didnt annoy me, but its kind of hard to sleep.
