Love all the ladies here! Been coming back for 5 years and leave outstandingly pleased every single time. I don't have to ask for a specific hair dresser because I know they are all incredible!
Love this place! I have been getting my hair cut here since I was a little girl, and I always feel welcomed by their friendly and professional staff. I really enjoy coming here and experiencing their traditional hair salon atmosphere and I alway leave feeling great about my hair :)
We made an appt however when we showed up a week later, our appt was erased (you could see the writing and erasure in their book) and someone else was given our slot. When questioned about this, the stylist admitted that it had been changed but was recalcitrant and unapologetic. Normally I'd let it go, however we live out of town and it was a two hour round trip for us for this appt only to be given to someone else and an unapologetic response. Very poor customer service. If it were possible to give no stars for this review, I would have chosen that option.
