This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is well kept. I can't see myself using another gym ever
Hands down the best gym in Dawson Creek! The owners are extremely hands on and very helpful. Don't know how to use a machine? They'll demo it for you! The gym is so clean, and the atmosphere is incredible. Whether you're brand new to the gym, or you're a body builder this gym is top notch. All the equipment is brand new and so nice! The fact that there is a supplement store inside is just the icing on the cake. Forgot your preworkout? They got you covered! Need some new protein powder or a supplement? They've got that too! Go check this place out, you won't regret it!
Great gym just gets crowded at certain times
Two squat racks and two deadlift platforms. If youre tall (6 +) the squat racks are too short to over head press in so you either have to clean it or press outside the rack without safety pins. They have bumper plates and seemed fine with the bar being dropped after cleans. Forgot to ask if chalk was allowed but didnt see evidence of chalk use around deadlift platforms so its either now allowed or theyre quite fastidious. Staff seemed nice and helpful. Lots of machines, a variety of cardio equipment, prowlers and a space to use them (though awkwardly the space bisects the gym so its a touch in the way). Change rooms were small and very few lockers were available. The ones that were were too small to fit my gym bag. Has a CrossFit area if you want to tear your acl. Overall if youre looking for a good gym for barbell exercises and/or lifting heavy this is it. Could use more/taller squat racks and a couple more platforms but considering they even have them thats head and shoulders beyond most other gyms. Would recommend/10
Very clean and modern. Large selection of equipment and a little something to cater to all workouts. Staff are often found cleaning and tidying up.
